When it comes to recess-fit curtains, yes, we do! If you're ordering a recess-fit curtain, our workroom will automatically deduct 5mm from the width and 10mm from the height to ensure a smooth fit within your space. This small deduction prevents the fabric from bunching or dragging and allows your curtains to move freely along the track. Remember, if you're measuring floor to ceiling and wall to wall, this would also be considered a recess-fit.
For face-fit curtains, no deductions are made, as these are designed to extend beyond the window or door frame for maximum coverage. If you’re installing floor-length curtains, we recommend following our measuring guide:
- Measure the drop in three places—left, middle, and right—to account for any variations in your floor or ceiling.
- Use the smallest measurement to ensure an even appearance.
- Subtract 10mm from the drop to allow your curtain to hover just above the floor, preventing dragging while maintaining a stylish, tailored look.
