If you’ve noticed that the colour name or label on your box reads differently from the one shown online, don’t worry — this doesn’t mean you’ve received the wrong blind.
🏭 Why This Happens
Our production team use internal colour references that may differ from the names shown on the website or packaging.
This is completely normal and helps our team manage materials and finishes during manufacturing.
So, even if the name on your box reads differently, it’s still the correct colour you ordered.
🧾 How to Check Your Colour
If you ordered a free sample, the easiest way to confirm your colour is to:
Open the box first — don’t rely on the label or box colour name.
Compare the blind directly against your sample in natural light.
This will give you the most accurate match.
💬 Still Not Sure?
If you’ve checked your blind against your sample and still believe it’s the wrong colour, our friendly team will be happy to help.
👉 Contact our team here and we’ll look into it right away.
Tip: Colours can appear slightly different under various lighting conditions — for example, cool daylight vs. warm indoor lighting — so always compare your blind and sample in the room where it will be fitted.
