In your email can you please provide the following:
- your order number
- details and dimensions of the blind affected and a brief description of what has happened.
- photos or a video showing the issue of the blind
Firstly, if we can rectify the situation via troubleshooting or providing a replacement part for minor faults and issues, we will arrange this for you. All parts are sent to you directly either through Australia Post or via Direct Freight Express.
In situations where your blind is still under our 5-year warranty, but the fault is major and rather complex, we will happily remake the blind for you and provide you with the new order details along with an anticipated dispatch date.
If the blind has been broken due to misuse, or situations that are not covered by our 5-year warranty, we are more than happy to look at options to replace parts or provide you a discount on a replacement blind if needed.
