All of our blind motors are covered by a 12‑month warranty. If your motor needs replacing within this period, the replacement will be provided at no cost to you.
If your motor is outside the warranty period, we can still supply a suitable replacement that matches the specifications of your blind.
To ensure we provide the correct motor, we’ll ask for a few details about the blind in question—this helps us confirm compatibility with its dimensions and style.
All of our replacement parts, including motors are sent to you directly via Australia Post.
