If you’ve made a mistake with your measurements, simply contact us after unpacking your order, and we’ll guide you through the process. You’ll need to provide photos of the blind with a tape measure showing the measurement it was made to.
SureSize covers mismeasurements and ensures we'll remake your blind to the correct size, free of charge. If the replacement is larger, you’ll only pay the difference; smaller replacements aren’t refundable. The guarantee covers up to five blinds per household, and we may ask you to return the mismeasured blinds, at no cost to you.
