Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location. Once your consignment has been created, an email will be sent with tracking details. When your order is on its way, you will be able to track your delivery, along with estimated delivery dates using the links below:

If your order contains multiple products, please note that manufacturing times may differ. As a result, your items may be shipped separately and arrive in multiple deliveries.
Please allow up to 24 hrs for the consignment to update once it has been generated.
What is my order status?
When you contact us regarding the progress of your order, our team may reference one of the following status updates. Each status indicates a specific stage in the manufacturing and delivery process.

On Route to Us
Your order has completed the manufacturing process and is currently in transit to our Distribution Centre. Once received, it will be dispatched as soon as possible. You will automatically receive an email containing tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

On Hold by Customer
The order has been placed on hold at the customer’s request. This may occur when measurements need to be rechecked or adjustments are required. Once the amendments are confirmed, the order can be released from hold and sent to production.

In Production (Confirmed)
Your order is currently being manufactured in our workroom. At this stage, no further changes can be made, as materials have already been cut to the exact specifications of your order.

In Production (Delayed)
Your order is being manufactured, however production is experiencing delays due to peak demand. Although progress is ongoing, completion may take longer than usual. As with all production stages, no changes can be made once materials have been cut.

Scanned for Dispatch
Your order has arrived at our Distribution Centre and is being prepared for dispatch. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of being scanned. A dispatch confirmation email will be sent to you shortly.

Dispatched
Your order has left our Distribution Centre and is now with our freight carrier. You can track its delivery progress using the tracking link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
